I Heart Faces Entry-Anything But A Face

I decided to enter another contest at www.iheartfaces.com. This week's challenge is anything but a face. A face can be in the photo, but not the primary subject. Click the icon below to view other great photos and ideas to fit this title.

I immediately thought of a picture of a 5 day old cutie pie I took a couple weeks ago. After I checked it out, I decided it was exactly what I want to enter.

January 30 I had the priveledge of photographing the cutest 7 month old, Ava.
Ava's mom used to live next to me growing up, so it was also a nice time to catch up.

People's Choice Photo Contest

I decided to enter iheartfaces.com photo challenge again this week...again, another hard decision!
I decided to go with a picture I took just this past weekend of baby Ava.

How cute can a 7month old be???

I peek in at a webpage with great photography info every so often, and this week their photo challenge is "Innocent Wonder". The example picture reminded me of three great photos I could use for this challenge...Now I just have to narrow it down!
After a few minutes of looking at the ideas I had, this is the one I chose...

I am so happy to have a fantastic camera and wonderful friends and family who allow me to take pictures of them! I had a great weekend, first having a much needed play date with my two best friends from childhood (oh, and my daughter and one of my friends daughter are the same age, so they "played together" too). Also, I got to meet my aunts new kitten, Bandit. He is so adorable! I also took a couple pictures of my own cat, because I think she is quite pretty!
